New Student Application Information for the 2024-2025 School Year

  • Online Application requires current and previous year's report card, most recent IEP plan (if applicable), most recent standardized test scores (if applicable)
  • Tuition information and Tuition Assistance information can be found on our Tuition page. New tuition rates will be published on January 13, 2024.
  • Incoming kindergarten students will be notified in March of their Kindergarten Readiness Inventory appointment held April 23-25, 2024. Kindergarten acceptance is conditional upon the results of this screening. Please see our Kindergarten Information Page for additional kindergarten information.
  • Students entering grades 5-8 will be contacted by the school office to schedule a shadow day experience, entrance testing, and family interview.
  • Completing the online application does not guarantee placement. Placement is dependent on many factors.  Applications for St. Paul School will be considered in the following order:
    • Children with siblings enrolled in St. Paul School
    • Children of families who are registered, active, and supporting members of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. School families must use their offering envelopes or EFT since this is our only record of participation and financial support. The amount given is not the main issue, but the consistency of giving. (If there are more applicants than spots then your parish registration date will come into play)
    • Catholic families attending another parish.
    • Children of non-parishioners on a space-available basis. (If there are more applicants than spots in the last two categories then the time stamp on your application will come into play)
